HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING

My mission is to help individuals regardless of their current state of health or risk factors to obtain their most optimal state of wellness by empowering them with the knowledge, skills and self-healing tools to become their best WELL self. I am a Board Certified Nurse Coach, Holistic Nurse as well as certified in Vibroacoustic Therapy and LED Light Therapy. I coach individuals 1:1 as well as group events. I'm not just a health and wellness coach, I'm a Nurse coach with decades of experience to navigate from. Nurse coaches promote and facilitate the growth, healing and wellbeing of the whole person by using coaching principles and healing modalities that integrate body-mind-emotion-spirit-environment. I have nearly 30yrs of critical care nursing experience and specialize in the coaching of individuals with cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease or risk factors. I practice with a holistic approach and only promote all natural and organic products. I truly live what I coach with a holistic wellness lifestyle.
